This jerky is different from most others available in stores. It comes in three different types of proteins: beef, pork and turkey. The one pictured here is turkey jerky and is flavored with basil and citrus seasoning. Its texture is thicker than most other jerky and is not as chewy. It also tastes less salty, which is a pleasant change to the palate.
As you can see, the basil flakes are very prominent on every piece of jerky. Regarding flavor, the basil and citrus are light, with subtle notes of each present.
