Go Hyang Korean Restaurant

Go Hyang Korean Restaurant offers unique food, different from other Asian restaurants. One of my best friends knew I love to try new cuisines and suggested I try this place with her.   When I entered, I noticed it was full of local customers eating there, which is a sign of good quality food.  If you are feeling adventurous in trying new cuisine, this is a great place to visit.

Sharwood’s Korma Cooking Sauce

IMG_2301.JPG

Korma is a creamy, nut based curry that is very popular in Indian cuisine.  Instead of making it from scratch, I decided to try this cooking sauce, to save time and taste how good it may be.  This is one of my favorite dishes, so I was eager to test it out.  After my first attempt, I realized some additions needed to be made.  There was a lack of nuts, which is the main ingredient that gives the curry it’s distinctive flavor and creaminess.  After a few adjustments to my second attempt, the resulting dish came out much better and closer to the restaurant quality. The one pictured here is turkey jerky and is flavored with basil and citrus seasoning. Its texture is thicker than most other jerky and is not as chewy. It also tastes less salty, which is a pleasant change to the palate.
